Official Instagram app now available on Windows 10 Mobile.

Finally, the official Instagram app for Windows 10 Mobile is now available in the store.
This will mark the very first time, Windows Phone users will be using the Instagram app that is not in beta.

Thankfully, Windows Phone developer, Rudy Huyn had developed a third party Instagram app, that is even better than the real thing. He is also currently working on a universal Instagram app, so stayed tuned for that one.

If you remember, we had the "Instagram BETA" app in the app for almost 2 years, it was awful and lacked a bunch of basic features (like uploading videos).

Then a couple of months ago, that beta app was removed from the store and a new (wait for it...) beta app was released, "Instagram (Beta)", this time the "beta" was in parentheses. Another difference, was that this beta app showed promised, with a new UI (similar to its iOS version), and a whole bunch of filters and features that the previous BETA had.

Now finally after many years, Instagram updated that beta app to a full version, shedding the beta tag.
It has been a long time coming. this is cause for celebration especially in a year where Facebook (owners of Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp) announced it was dropping support of its apps on Symbian and Blackberry's BB OS.

Facebook also released new Facebook and Messenger app on Windows 10 PCs/Tablets, with their mobile versions coming soon (probably when the Windows 10 anniversary update is available in July).

So go ahead and enjoy the new Instagram app for Windows 10 Mobile...
