Windows 10 Mobile update to older Lumia devices to begin rolling out today. At 10AM, Redmond time (PST)

After months of delays, it looks like Microsoft is finally set to begin rolling out its Windows 10 Mobile OS upgrade to older Lumia devices (by older, I mean Lumia phones that are not the Lumia 950, 950XL, 650 or 550). This news according to official and unofficial sources.

@evleaks tweeted yesterday that Microsoft will begin rolling out Windows 10 Mobile to Lumia devices today March 17th, it is March 17th, 3:41PM where I'm at right now, while it is 7:42AM Mar.17th in the West coast (PST) in the US, and 10:42AM on the east coast (EST), so I am not sure what time zone Microsoft's working with, but so far no reports have come from Windows Phone 8.1 users  in about any pending updates on their phones.
But it could be that Microsoft might use the PST timezone, which is where its HQ is located and if tradition continues, we could well see a 10AM PST roll out time.

So let's be patient and see what happens....
