At&t offers the widest range of Lumia and Windows Phones till date and they haven't stopped there.
Today At&t officially announced that the Microsoft Lumia 640XL will be available for $0 down payment (via At&t Next program) starting next week Friday June 26th.
Regarding payment options and pricing.
"Qualified customers can purchase the Lumia 640 XL for $0 down on an AT&T Next plan, paying $8.34 per month with 30 device payments on Next 24, $10.42 per month at 24 payments on Next 18, or $12.50 per month at 20 payments on Next 12."
By my calculations; This brings the full price (without contract) to $249

Here is a video highlight of the tremendously affordable Lumia device...
For a $249 smartphone, this is a pretty good phone, packed with features that are not commonly seen on phones with that price point. If you getting impatient waiting on a flagship Lumia phone from At&t, you can get this budget friendly powerhouse to cool off.
Also important to note that this Lumia 640XL will be upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile when it is ready later this year.
