During last month's Microsoft's WinHEC event in China, Microsoft announced that the Windows 10 will be available to more than 190 countries this summer, we never got an actual date.
But AMD CEO, in a recent financial conference call with shareholders revealed that Windows 10 will be available by the end of July, and devices running the latest operating system will go on sale just in time for back-to-school period (in the US).
AMD, is the second largest CPU producer (after Intel) for Windows PCs and laptops. So this information could very well be accurate, that means that the Windows 10 OS should be ready in a few months or maybe that's the timeline Microsoft is working with and it could change if they hit a major snag.
Bottom line, is let's hope everything goes smoothly and we see Windows 10 in July. Remember, Microsoft promised that everyone with a Windows PC or laptop will be getting a free upgrade to Windows 10 when it is launched.
