Windows 10 for Phone now available... only to internal Microsoft Users

It looks like the Windows 10 for Phones has started seeding to users... select internal Microsoft users that is.
A build (8.15.12492.41) of what has now been confirmed by Neowin as the Windows 10 for Phones' build first appeared on WPBench a few hours ago and now Neowin says it is the Windows 10 for Phones and it was made available to select Microsoft employees to try out or test for bugs or other instabilities.

We don't know how long this internal testing will go on for, but if it is smooth we could see the build released to the public within the next couple of weeks. If however, snags, bugs or kinks are discovered and depending on the severity,  difficulty to fix and further testing, we might not see the preview build till late Feb. so let's hope it doesn't come to that!

Joe Belfiore did promise a video showing off the Windows 10 for Phones this week, so let's hope that's a sign that it is ready for public testing.
