Unboxing At&t the Lumia 635 w/ Hands-On Photos

Microsoft has been focusing on the low end smartphone market much to the dismay of avid Windows Phone fans. But you have got to admit they are doing a good job.

The latest low end phone that made its way to the US market is the Lumia 635, a 4G-LTE windows phone that is currently available from both At&t and T-Mobile.

The At&t Lumia 635 is currently available for a discounted price of $49. There is no indication of how long this offer will last, so if you are looking for a really nice Windows Phone that is currently on the list of phones that support the first build of Windows 10, then this is a good option.
Microsoft store also ran a very good deal for the Lumia 635 a couple of weeks ago, you could get the Lumia 635 and a year's subscription to XBox Music Pass for $99. considering the Music pass alone is $99/yr you would be getting the Lumia 635 for FREE! But that deal is over, so now you can get it for $49, hopefully the music pass+635 deal comes back.
Amazon currently sells the Lumia 635 for $49 also, while the T-Mobile version is $79.

But today we will be looking at the At&t Lumia 635 and here is my unboxing video...

While the Lumia 635 is very affordable and has some very impressive specs like its...

- 4.5inch IPS LCD screen with 480x854 pixels protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 3
- Qualcomm SnapDragon 400 Quad-Core 1.2GHz COrtex A7 CPU
- Adreno 305 Graphics chip
- 512MB RAM with 8GB internal storage and MicroSD card with up to 128GB supported.
- 5MP auto-focus camera for 720P video recording @ 30fps (no front facing camera and no FLASH)
- The battery is 1830mAh.

It isn't the best low end Lumia device, in fact the best right now goes to the Lumia 535 (unboxing video for the 535 in the next few days), but the 535 isn't available in the US yet. Making the 635 the best low end Lumia in the US market right now.

The Lumia 635 comes with just a charger in the box and no other accessory is included, I mean what do you expect from a low end device, at $49 it is a steal.

So if you are looking for a decent, very affordable Windows Phone, the the Lumia 635 is your best bet.
