new variant Lumia 635 with 1GB ram on the way? Lumia 640?

It looks like 1GB of RAM is the new baseline for Microsoft low end Lumia devices.
There has been a lot of limitations with the 512MB RAM low end devices, as some apps support it while some don't
But with the recent launch of low end Lumia devices like the Lumia 435, 532 and 535 all coming with 1GB RAM memory, it looks like Microsoft is setting 1GB as the minimum RAM requirement for all its phones. You what what that means? No more fragmentation, all Lumia's (low, medium and high end) will run all apps, eliminating fragmentation. This is good news and will further strengthen Windows Phone ecosystem.

The Lumia 635 when launched only came with the dreaded, limited 512MB but rumors have surfaced that a 1GB RAM version will be released/launched as early as next week, we will very likely see it at MWC in Barcelona next week.

A Brazilian website WindowsPhoneApps.es found indication that this 1GB version exists by looking in Microsoft Servers for ROMs.
They say a version of the Lumia 635 with 1GB RAm and a Dual SIM version that also has support for digital TV (a feature very popular in that region)

So while the 512MB variant is currently sold in the US via At&t and T-Mobile, it is yet to be confirmed if they will carry the 1GB version in the future.
