Ever heard the saying "The future is now"? me neither. But it is, well it will be, sometime in November when Nokia/Microsoft (Microsoft Mobile Oyj) is rumored to unveil the NEXT BIG THING (everything is the "next big thing" these days), codenamed Nokia Mclaren. the Lumia 1020 successor.
From the codename, you can tell this was a Nokia Project that has been passed on to the Microsoft Mobile division. This Mclaren will run on a technology known as 3D touch or RealMotion, allowing you to interact with the phone without touching it, just like the Samsung S4/S5 and its many touchless interactive gestures, but this time Microsoft Mobile plans to take that technology even further.

Microsoft is also rumored to fuse its xbox kinect technology into this phone. For instance, if you own an Xbox One, you already are familiar with the many touchless gestures, voice commands you can use to interact with the Xbox, now imagine that on your phone.
Here is an introduction to what this 3D touch is all about...
With this technology even the sides of your phone will sense whatever gestures you throw at it, for instance, gripping your phone could turn it on or as simple as just placing it on a table to activate the speaker phone when on a call or even expanding live tiles just by tapping mid air. the possibilities are endless.
None of these are official yet, but numerous reliable sources have hinted at something BIG coming this fall, and it should be available right before the holidays too!
