After Microsoft released the SDK for Windows Phone 8.1, we have seen a partial list of the many new features it will be packing.
- Dual SIM support
- Notification Center
Just mentioning a few of the notable ones.
The full presentation of what this MAJOR update entails will done in April, during Microsoft's Build Conference in San Francisco.
@evleaks have released the above photo of a Lumia 630 (successor to the Lumia 620) and it looks to be running WP8.1 judging from the onscreen navigation buttons which is a feature also introduced in WP8.1.
So we should expect this device to be released soon after Microsoft unveils the Windows Phone 8.1
Coming off the heels of @evleaks revelation, another leakster posted the below shot of what appears to be a Dual SIM variant of the Lumia 635, this makes sense as WP8.1 will support DualSIM.
The image reveals that it will be a 4.5inch display phone, same size as the Lumia 920.
Meaning this will be a bigger version of its predecessor the Lumia 620.
They were also nice enough to put them side by side...
It's clear Nokia is trying to win new WP users from the low end side of things with more low end models than high end, and so far, this looks like it's working as the Lumia 520 is the fastest selling model in that range.
