Nokia's highest grossing windows phone right now is the Lumia 520, Nokia controls 90% of the Windows Phone market no thanks to the Lumia 520, it's a low range device (no LED Flash) and there is no low range device from either Android or Apple) that matches this specs wise.
Nokia has seized the moment and revealed a Lumia 520 successor, it's the same phone but it's BIGGER on the inside. You would think after the Microsoft acquisition that Nokia will slow down but so far since the acquisition was announced Nokia has released a few devices including a Windows RT tablet.
The Nokia Lumia 525 packs double the RAM at 1 GB and comes with Windows Phone 8 with the Lumia Black update out of box. The rest of the specs are similar to the Lumia 520 - a 1,430 mAh battery, Nokia's Here Maps, Drive and Transit, 8 gigs of storage (expandable via microSD card), 5 MP camera (without a flash) and a dual-core 1 GHz Snapdragon S4.
With these new BIGGER specs (and still no flash), I hope Nokia can still maintain a low low price on this device, cos that was the secret ingredient behind the surge of the Lumia 520. The Lumia 520 is currently priced at about $200 and will be available in Africa, Middle East and Asia, Markets where its predecessor, the Lumia 520 has flourished. It will not be coming to the US or UK and rightly so.
Here is a quick demo of the Lumia 525..
