The Spotify App recently got released on Windows Phone 8 phones (Lumia 920 among others), While it's an app many have been waiting for since the launch of WP8 phones into the market, it kinda failed to meet expectations, in my own humble opinion.
I have used Spotify since my Symbian days, to my N9 and now on my Lumia 920. And I must say, there are some features I would like to see imported from the other Spotify versions running on these other mobile platforms, I have not checked out Spotify on either an Android phone or on an iPhone, so this comparison is just limited to Nokia mobile platforms. After all, that's why you are reading this in the first place.
I love the custom radio feature available on the MeeGo version, though you are limited to customizing this app based solely on the music genres, it will still be a neat feature I would like to see imported to the Lumia 920. I also love the look and feel of the Symbian version of the Spotify app, especially the "playing now" UI and its options.
I think Spotify still have a lot to do to make the its WP8 app a real killer app.
I do love the fact that spotify app now allows for a free 30-day trial period which is more than enough time for you to make up your mind if you want to subscribe to the music service for $9.99/month.
