Nokia officially announced the newest member to its lumia family which is the nokia lumia 620, this is confirmed to be nokia's third WP8 phone, its is also the most affordable of all three Windows Phone 8 smartphones.
The lumia 620 is expected to be available from Q1 of 2013 with price cost set around $249 USD.
It could also be said that Nokia did something right today by releasing this phone cause nokia stock just went up by 12%.

The lumia 620 comes in exchangeable shells, you can change the color as often as you change your fashion style with seven shells to choose from.
While this may be the most affordable of our three new Windows Phone 8 smartphones, it comes with surprise features such as the 3.8-inch display has the same sunlight readability enhancements as the Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820, so you should be able to see what’s on the screen however sunny your surroundings
It also takes advantage of the same Nokia exclusive camera lenses, like Cinemagraph and Smart Shoot, transforming the creative power of the 5-megapixel camera and front-facing VGA camera.

lumia 620 is great for new smartphone users; people who haven’t necessarily gotten on board with iOS or Android, and who aren't willing to spend big bucks for top end smartphone, i believe the lumia 620 is also targeted at the youths or teenagers who might ordinarily flock to a BlackBerry Curve.
