Marko Ahtisaari, Head of design at Nokia and responsible for the elegant Nokia Lumia 920 was in a video recently explaining the design of the 920.
I'll let you take a look...
I'll like to point out a few things from the 3 minute video.
First, it's a nice video, love how the yellow 920 is emphasized on through out the video.
Also, I hate to point this out but at 35 seconds into the video where Marko points out how they took out everything unnecessary and were left with the essential. this produced a heavy 180 grams phone, I wonder what would have happened if they only took out half of the unnecessary I'm not whining about the weight of the 920, I actually use one but I am hoping Marko and his team are diligently working on making much more lighter phones.
Anyway, he does go one to talk about the sturdiness of the device, the human-like nature of the phone (don't exactly understand that part, I mean it doesn't have Siri)
At the end of the day, the Nokia Lumia 920 is the best looking phone, most sturdy to without more impact than your iPhones or Samsungs and most importantly comes with features that has never featured on any modern smartphone today.
